STAPLES SKI TEAM

The CISL will be providing a LIVESTREAM for tonight’s race! So please “join us” on the hill to cheer on our teams! Staples will be running in the first race wave tonight 4-5 pm! Tonight’s bib order has been posted on the Line Up page .

Emmy Bassler, Hayley Buckman, Wes DeOreo, Chelsea Gaspel, Isabelle Gerrard, Charles Hulina, Nate Kolek, Natalia Maidique, Sophie Mulhern, Graham Reichhelm, Savannah Schaefer and Dakota Stuart!

Due to the weather forecast, the league has decided to move up our last race to Monday night. We will still race at the same time- 4 pm. Racers will have an early dismissal in order to make the bus.

As this will be Senior Night, the league will be providing a LIVESTREAM of the evenings race!!! Once the link is posted, we will post it here as well. We are so excited that you will be able to get to watch our teams participate. There will be a link for the two girls courses and a link for the boys courses.

Additionally, the league has announced the intent of holding the STATE race this year on March 15th, weather permitting. Unlike State races of the past, this will only incorporate top individual racers and the top 4 teams from each of the classes, Class L and Class S. We will know after Monday night’s race which teams will qualify.

We are beyond excited that we are getting in our FULL SEASON! Thank you for helping to support our racers and us through this challenging and unique season!

Just a reminder that our bus will leave the school parking lot at 3:30 tomorrow. If we are all loaded and ready, it would be great for us to be on the road by 3:15.

Check your email tonight for confirmation for transportation. Line up will be posted tomorrow. Be sure to complete your Covid Form tomorrow by 10 am. Remember you must fill it in the day of the race or practice.

Bus will be leaving Staples today at 1:30 today! Please be sure to be ready to load in at 1:15 if you are taking the bus.

Also, forms will be due today by 10 am! If they are not completed, you will not be on the lineup.

Here is the lineup for tonight based upon completion of required forms. Captains have sent multiple messages to those who have not completed forms.

Staples – Boys

Just a reminder that today is race day- which means that you need to have filled in the Transportation form AND Covid Check in Form in order to receive a spot in tonight’s line up. Bib order will be posted at noon today.

Please be sure to read the questions correctly. Many have been filling both the transportation and the Covid check in incorrectly. Not all fields are required, so if the question does not pertain to you, you can skip it. Additionally, there are new options for rides up and back to the mountain. So if you are riding with the team up, but driving back with a parent, please choice that option.

Also a reminder that there are no spectators allowed at the mountain at this time due to Covid regulations. If you are driving up to the hill with a parent, please come to the team tent to collect your bib and your pass for the night.

Bus is leaving at 4:15, but we would like to leave as soon as possible. So please be on time.
