HAPPY FRIDAY! The temps are dropping and we’re just a few days away from Monday’s  STATES RACE!

1. If you volunteered to donate a snack item for States, thank you! Please bring directly to mountain if you plan to come and cheer, or drop by the Howard Home (199 Bayberry Lane) Sunday afternoon or Monday before noon. Sign Up Link
2. We need to get our #s in for the banquet. If you haven’t had a chance to RSVP, please do so today! When you reply please let us know the names of those attending, or you can add that info to your VENMO payment (details below). We need to hear from everyone, even if you can’t attend, we need to know if your athlete will be there. THANK YOU!

Cost:  $50 per person (No charge for Ski Team competitors/coaches)

Please RSVP specifying who is attending from each family and if you would like a vegetarian meal or have any other dietary requirements.

2020 STATE OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS – Monday, March 2, 2020 – 3:30 PM Start Time – Cook out for racers/coaches starts at 1:00 PM

If you are not going to be able to attend, please let Becca know by the end of the day today via email.  She needs to send in the head count for the cook out.

CONGRATULATIONS to all racers and especially our SENIORS! It was an energetic race environment last night. Thanks for coming out on a balmy evening to CHEER! Staples definitely had the best representation 🙂

2/26: STATES (3:30 start) **The kids have a BBQ at 1:00, but it’s a long afternoon and wait for awards…sign up to provide a mountain snack item or two here…THANKS 🙂 Please drop all donations at the Howard Home (199 Bayberry Lane) by noon on Wednesday or bring straight to the mountain!

We’re back in action in a few days!

Monday 2/24 will be the last regular season race and SENIOR NIGHT! Head to the mountain and cheer on our terrific senior class. Regular 4:40pm start.

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 26th – 2020 STATE OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS – 3:30 PM Start Time – Cook out for racers/coaches starts at 1:00 PM

*Only the Varsity skiers race on 2/26, however the whole team is welcome to bring skis and enjoy the slopes while they cheer on their teammates! It’s a fun day for all 🙂

The race from the 6th has finally been rescheduled. Our last race of the regular season will be held Monday February 24th, our first day back from vacation.  If you are not going to be in school that day, PLEASE email Becca directly so she will know to not include you in the line up.

We will be celebrating the seniors that night, so we hope that as many parents will be able to join us at the hill to cheer the team on.

It was just announced that our last race will not be held on Tuesday the 11th due to some schools vacation schedule.  At this time, the race will be held during the week of the 24th and the State race will most likely be pushed back a day or two.  More info to come!!!
