CONGRATULATIONS to all our Seniors! We enjoyed celebrating you at last week’s Senior Night! 

Last week’s race was a great celebration for our seniors. Girls Varsity came in 1st again👏🏻 and JV 3rd. Boys Varsity 5th and JV 2nd.

Congrats to both the girls and boys teams for making the State Race! States will be held on 2/28, with a possibility of 2/27.

Today (2/8) is the last race of the regular season and a chance for us to celebrate our seniors!

Join us at Mount Southington as we cheer on our senior class: Evelyn Anvari-C, Allie Gillman-C, Emma Nahon, Isabelle Nahon-C, Maddy Tansley-C, Jackson Benner, Campbell Gerrard-C, Matt Goodman, James Hillhouse, CJ Johnson-C, Witt Lindau-C, Nick Ramsay, Krishna Reddy and Jet Tober-C.

Senior parents if you are coming to the mountain to cheer, please look for a Captains’ parent to give you your child’s BIG HEAD. If you can’t make it, not to worry, we will cheer extra loud! Race Starts @ 4:40 👏🏻

A celebration will follow the race🎿 All are welcome and encouraged to stay to enjoy a few treats!

Last Wednesday night the Girls Team placed #1 edging out Fairfield by .45 seconds. The JV team also placed first! Way to go girls! Both Boys Varsity and JV placed 5th.

Wednesday Night’s race is Senior Night! Come up and cheer on the Class of ’23 racers and stay for a few after race treats.

Please be sure to check out the updated February Schedule under the SCHEDULE tab on the website. The State Race is set for 2/28, with a possibility of 2/27 if weather gets in the way.

The lack of snowfall had the team head down the hill for just one run last night, but the switch up didn’t slow down the Wreckers! Girls Varsity placed 2nd! JV 3rd. Boys Varsity, 7th and JV 3rd. Full Results Here

Last week’s pasta dinners were filled with smiles! Thanks to our host families and all who brought items to complete the yummy meals 😀

Due to the weather forecast and the number of schools in our class either with an early dismissal or no afterschool activities announced, tonight’s race has been postponed. Once the league has decided on it’s makeup date, we will update the calendar and let everyone know.

If you need to get your skis out of the locker it will be open from 3-3:15 today 1/25 and tomorrow 1/26. Please plan accordingly.
